Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview

At LANSTEC, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Return and Refund Policy explains when and how returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are handled for purchases made through SaunaOutletsUSA.com .

This policy is structured in two parts:

  • A general Return and Refund Policy that applies to most products sold by LANSTEC
  • A product-specific policy that applies only to LeisureCraft branded products and appears at the end of this document

These policies are intended to work together and are not conflicting. Where a product-specific policy is provided, it applies only to that product and does not affect other items.

3. Applicability and Policy Precedence

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all products sold by LANSTEC unless a product-specific return policy is expressly stated.

When a product-specific policy is provided, it is intended to supplement and clarify the general policy. In the event of any difference, the product-specific policy applies only to that product.

All other products remain subject exclusively to the general policy described in Sections 4 through 11.

4. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • New and unused items returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Issues reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Items returned with all original packaging and accessories

Used or installed products are not eligible for return unless defective upon arrival.

5. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damage or issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Approved claims will receive return or replacement instructions.

6. Return Shipping and Fees

Approved general returns include a prepaid return label. Items must be shipped within 7 days of approval.

A 25 percent restocking fee applies to approved general returns. This fee does not apply to approved exchanges for the same item.

7. Refunds and Replacements

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is up to 7 business days after inspection
  • Replacements may be offered instead of refunds

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for eligible products that meet the return conditions.

9. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items reported after 48 hours
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Custom, personalized, or perishable items
  • Digital products and gift cards

10. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible

11. Legal Rights

This policy does not limit rights provided under U.S. consumer protection laws.

12. Changes to This Policy

LANSTEC may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting.

13. Product-Specific Policy for LeisureCraft Products

The following terms apply only to LeisureCraft branded products and override the general policy where applicable.

LeisureCraft products are final sale.

No Returns or Exchanges

LeisureCraft products are large, custom-packed, and shipped via freight. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any reason other than shipping damage or manufacturing defect.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled only before production or shipping begins
  • Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not accepted

Damage or Missing Parts

  • Shipping damage
  • Missing components
  • Manufacturing defects

LeisureCraft may replace affected parts at its discretion. Full refunds are not provided unless the product cannot be repaired.

Time Limit for Claims

All claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
